Marque d’excellence, translates to ‘Mark of Excellence’. Round and Complete flavours, this Bordeaux inspired blend has equal parts Cabernet and Shiraz carefully balanced with 25 percent of the Shiraz aged in brand new Francois Feres french oak barrels for 20 months, the remaining aged in seasoned french oak barrels to create layers of flavours and savoury tannins. Black cherry on the nose and blackberry flavours onthe palate with hints of white pepper. Recommend decanting before serving and cellaring will be rewarded.
