NERO D'AVOLA
Ideally served chilled, this Nouveau style wine is picked and bottled in the same vintage to retain fresh and vibrant fruit flavours. Medium bodied, ideal with pizza, pasta and charcuterie. Look for bright flavours of blueberry pie and raspberry. Spacious on the palate and great fruit acid line for food pairing. Colouring is bright ruby with purple hues.
RESERVE SHIRAZ
A refined and elegant medium bodied Shiraz showing intense black fruit flavours and spicy savoury tannins and white pepper, perfect with slow cooked and high marbled meats. 25 percent aged in brand new Francois Feres french oak barrels for 20 months, the remaining aged in seasoned French oak barrels to enhance the fruit flavours. Recommend decanting before serving and cellaring will be rewarded.
RESERVE CABERNET
Fresh and focused, this Cabernet has an amazing herbal perfume on the nose, black olives, sweet spices of nutmeg and cinnamon. Blue fruits and black cherry flavours with integrated and balanced tannins. This wine will pair with the best cuts of Steak or served with a hard cheese. 30 percent aged in brand new Francois Feres French oak barrels for 20 months, the remaining aged in seasoned French oak barrels. Recommend decanting before serving and cellaring will be rewarded.
SHIRAZ CABERNET
Marque d’excellence, translates to ‘Mark of Excellence’. Round and Complete flavours, this Bordeaux inspired blend has equal parts Cabernet and Shiraz carefully balanced with 25 percent of the Shiraz aged in brand new Francois Feres french oak barrels for 20 months, the remaining aged in seasoned french oak barrels to create layers of flavours and savoury tannins. Black cherry on the nose and blackberry flavours on the palate with hints of white pepper. Recommend decanting before serving and cellaring will be rewarded.
