BOTTLE NOTES

Barrel fermented but released young to keep fresh and vibrant, this medium bodied wine is ideal with tomato based dishes like pizza, pastas and charcuterie. Look for bright cherry and Cranberry flavours. Colouring is bright red with purple hues. Served chilled in the summer, this wine will be a crowd pleaser.

PROVENANCE

Saleyards Road Vineyard sits upon a classic red sandy loam and clay over limestone. Elevated on the eastern foothills of the Eastern Ridge between Barossa and Eden Valley, the cooler breezes extends the ripening period which ensures high quality growing conditions.
